What we need at your house or office to get the job done
The most common reason a mobile appointment cannot happen is not the car. It is the address, and that is worth checking before you book.

The two things we actually need
We are not a fully self-contained rig. We bring the vacuums, the extraction machine, brushes, buckets, chemicals and towels, but we rely on you for two things: an outdoor water spigot (a standard garden hose bib works) and a nearby electrical outlet.
This is deliberate, not a limitation we are hiding. Carrying a water tank and a generator to every job adds real cost, and we would rather put that money into better products and a fair price than into hauling equipment most homes and businesses already have.
Where this works well
Most houses, most office buildings and most commercial properties have both a spigot and an outlet accessible from outside, which covers the large majority of bookings without any issue.
- Houses with a driveway: almost always straightforward, the spigot is usually right at the garage
- Office and business lots: usually fine if the property has an outdoor tap, worth a quick check with facilities
- Commercial yards for fleet work: normally set up for exactly this kind of access
Where it gets harder
A few situations need a second look before booking, and we would rather flag them than promise something we cannot deliver.
- Apartments and condos with no private outdoor tap: exterior work usually is not possible, though interior-only work can still work with just a power outlet
- Pure street parking with no host building: without a spigot and outlet nearby, this generally does not work for us
- A building that restricts outside vendors from using utilities: worth checking with management before booking
How much space beyond that
As a working rule: the vehicle, plus roughly one car width beside it, so all four doors can open fully for interior work. A standard driveway is comfortable. A tight spot depends entirely on what is next to it.
Five minutes of prep that help
Nothing here is required, and all of it makes the day better.
- Point out the spigot and the outlet when we arrive, or mention their location when you book
- Take out anything valuable or personal. Nobody wants to move your belongings around
- Empty the trunk and cargo area if interior work is booked
- Move a second car so there is working room on at least one side
- Say up front if there is pet hair, a spill or a smell, so the hours are scheduled for it
